Sometimes you need to duplicate a category or tag (or custom taxonomy term) in WordPress, and up until now there wasn’t really an easy way to do this. This plugin adds a “Duplicate” link in the actions under a term on its respective view. That’s it.

  1. Upload the directory “term-duplicator” to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory
  2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress
  3. Look for new “Duplicate” link under terms on category, tag, or custom taxonomy view.

Nothing on google helped. This was the only thing.

Misadvertised

This plugin is merely making a copy of a category with different name and slug. While cloning should result in the same slug and a name (thus CLONE).

Hello Developer, there is a need for this plugin, it solve the problem that no other developers have thought about. Please keep it up and keep upgrading.
